GFSI Certification
Ecc725 can help you reach Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification.
Establishes internationally recognized benchmark requirements for food safety management systems to harmonize standards, reduce risk, minimize audit duplication, and lower compliance costs.
Applies to all suppliers and facilities required to maintain certification under a GFSI-recognized scheme.
GFSI does not provide certification directly. Recognized schemes include SQF, FSSC 22000, and BRCGS. Certification is obtained through an independent third-party audit by an accredited certification body.
Certification to a GFSI-recognized scheme is often mandated by customers and serves as evidence of compliance, supplier assurance, and commitment to global food safety standards.

ECC725 helps food manufacturers, processors, and suppliers build and maintain food safety programs that protect their business and their customers. We specialize in developing and auditing HACCP and Seafood HACCP plans, GFSI programs, PCQI preventive controls, ISO 9001 quality programs, and comprehensive sanitation and environmental monitoring procedures. Our goal is to help you stay compliant with FDA, USDA, and other regulatory requirements while improving food safety and operational efficiency.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) programs are internationally recognized systems that identify potential hazards and establish preventive controls. Instead of relying only on end-product testing, these programs help prevent contamination before it happens—protecting your brand, reducing recalls, and often meeting requirements from major retailers, distributors, and regulators. ECC725 can create, implement, and validate these programs for your facility so you pass audits with confidence.

Yes! We can prepare you for audits under GFSI-recognized schemes (SQF, FSSC 22000, BRCGS) as well as USDA HACCP and FDA’s FSMA Preventive Controls requirements. Our team will assess your current programs, identify gaps, build the required documentation, train your staff, and conduct mock audits—so you are fully ready when the real audit happens.
